The Barn
Enjoy the massive two thousand square foot Barn Loft with the light-soaked plush living room, 2 kitchens including the Gentlemen's bar, ping pong table and more. 3 beautiful bedrooms with 2 separate king rooms, and the play room with 2 bunks for 4 more sleepers. Sleeps 12 including couches and air mattresses.
The Farm House
Our most homey space, with stocked Italian kitchen, sun-soaked dayroom, night room with two Eames Recliners flanking the wood stove, as well as four bedrooms with a King Suite, Queen room and two separate rooms with twin beds for six beds total, 10 guests max.
The Guest House
Ideal for a private and romantic getaway or a small family, the Guest House sits perched atop our hill overlooking the North Branch valley. Sweeping views of the property and direct access to the huge hot tub, the Guest House is our intimate crown jewel. Sleeps 4 including couches and air mattress.
The Studio
36" reinforced soundproofed sound studio with enough vintage gear to summon the ghosts of analog past while staying current with all the best sounds and toys. 16 channels live in the music room routed to an Apollo console in the mixing room. Perfect for writing, exploring, rehearsing, and capturing it all along the way.
